We are seeking a LICENSED Community Association Manager to join our team as we grow our company.

Haleas Group, LLC (formerly Avenue 1000) has an immediate opening for full-time, experienced Community Association Manager (Condo, Townhome and Single-family). Ideal candidate must have strong people skills, be professional, while maintaining a positive business relationship with all owners, residents, board members and coworkers.

With the help of our support staff, job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
– Manage day-to-day operations of several community associations
– Work with Homeowners, Board Members and other team members within the organization
– Coordinate and attend regular and special Board meetings as contractually obligated
– Provide monthly financial reporting to Board, and update Board on status of property projects
– Prepare annual budget and oversee budget throughout the year
– Prepare agendas for Board Meetings
– Perform property inspections for reporting requirements
– Monitor and enforce the terms of all contracts, billings, reconciliations and collection of dues
– Review existing vendor contracts annually, secure competitive bids for all site services and vendors and provide detailed analysis with recommendations to the Board
– Coordinate maintenance, repairs and capital improvements
– Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements, including but not limited to: 
– Illinois Community Association Manager license is required
– 2+ years HOA management experience
– Candidate must be extremely organized & have the ability to handle multiple tasks
– Possess excellent communication skill combined with a thoroughly professional presentation
– Possess an ability to read and understand a financial report
– Must be computer literate, proficient in MS applications
